Technical delivery, with clear boundaries
Formal legal advice, certifications and regulatory opinions are outside the scope of a technical pilot. Where these are needed, specialist review should be scoped separately.
Vectavia Technology Ltd. is a Malta-based business focused on practical workplace AI security and governance for smaller organisations.
A policy is a useful start. It becomes more useful when people understand it, technical controls support it, and the business can show what is working.
Vectavia’s direction is to connect those pieces across providers and everyday workflows—rather than treating one AI subscription or an office firewall as the whole answer.
Vectavia was founded by Peng Chen in Malta in 2026. We are an early-stage technology company focused on helping European organisations use AI without losing control of company data.
The company is new; the experience behind it is not. Peng brings more than 20 years of IT delivery and technology management experience across Europe and Asia, spanning software platforms, business systems, integrations and data operations. That background now extends to the practical management and governance of AI in the workplace.
From our base in Malta, we are building Vectavia for the European market. European data protection, cybersecurity and AI-governance requirements shape the service from the start—and are translated into practical controls and clear evidence that smaller organisations can actually operate.
“The goal is not to stop people using AI. It is to make responsible use practical.”
A service principle—not a promise of perfect prevention.Formal legal advice, certifications and regulatory opinions are outside the scope of a technical pilot. Where these are needed, specialist review should be scoped separately.
The free governance toolkit supports inventories, screening and documentation. It remains a separate planning resource, not an endpoint security product.
